Characteristics:

Below the imposing rocks of Meteora, Malagouzia finds a field of particular expression. Bright color with green shades and captivating aromatic expression of white flowers, citrus flowers and white fruit slices. Rich, greasy, yet refreshing mouth, complex and persistent aftertaste.

SYRAH P.G.I. METEORA

LOCAL WINE OF METEORA, RED DRY

Syrah 100%

Microclimate:

400 meters altitude. Continental climate. Warm winters, sunny, warm and dry summers.

Accompanying:

Soft cheese, hunting, beef fillet and dark chocolate.

Aging:

Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. Then, for at least 12 months aging in a bottle.

Characteristics:

Below the imposing rocks of Meteora, Syrah finds a field of particular expression. Color purple, with violet shades. Fine scent of small red fruits (cherry, raspberry) combined with botanical notes (black pepper, carnation) and sweet characters (vanilla, truffle), a result of the continental climate and aging for many months in oak barrels. Rich and tasty mouth, with a pleasant structure and robust tannins that give it durability. A sophisticated aftertaste, with a duration, that highlights the tasteful characters of the wine.

EVAIS

VARIED WHITE DRY

Sauvignon Blanc - Assyrtiko - Roditis.

300 meters altitude. Continental climate. Wet winters, sunny, warm and dry summers.

Accompanying:

Green salads, pasta, seafood risotto, grilled greasy fish, vegetables, oil, legumes, cheese plate. It is also served as an aperitif.

Characteristics:

Evais means airy, cool and metaphorically favorable, happy. This is the white Evais, with a bright yellow and green color. The tropical fruits of Sauvignon blend harmoniously with the vegetation and minerality of Assyrtiko. Bright yellow and green color with fruity and cool mouth. Typical aftertaste of fruity and characteristic acidity.

EVAIS ROSE

RED DRY VARIED

Moschato Hamburg

Microclimate:

400 meters altitude. Continental climate. Wet winters, sunny, warm and dry summers.

Accompanying:

Seafood, shellfish, white meat and fish, fruit while it is ideal for Chinese cuisine and exotic dishes with intense aromas. It is also served as an aperitif.

Characteristics:

A pleasant rosé wine of Xinomavro and Moschato Hamburg with a vivid strawberry color and a sweet nose dominated by aromas of cherry and strawberry jam, as well as those of tomato blended with the aroma of the rose. A wine with intense acidity and a rich body that makes the taste of strawberry and sweet spices in the mouth.

EVAIS RED

DRY VARIED

Microclimate:

400 meters altitude. Continental climate. Wet winters, sunny, warm and dry summers.

Accompanying:

Meat with red sauces cooked in casserole, beef, rooster, rabbit, hunting and mature yellow cheese plate, pizza and pastries with white sauce. It can also be used as an aperitif.

Aging:

French and American oak barrels.

Characteristics:

This is a wine with dark red-purple color produced by Syrah and Merlot. It gives concentrated aromas of cherry, cherry, blackberry, chocolate and vanilla notes. The mouth is rich, with well-structured tannins and balanced acidity, fruity taste and long aftertaste. Try it with red meat, Greek cuisine and cooked food like rabbit stew or red beef. Enjoy it at 16℃ - 18℃, while it can be consumed as a cool aperitif.

Characteristics:

Bright yellow-green color with rich body, fruity aroma, and long finish. The nose with the presence of tropical fruit, grape fruit, mango and kiwi, in combination with its characteristic acidity, creates a cool wine with intense aroma and long aftertaste.

KOKKINO AMPELI

RED DRY VARIED

Xinomavro - Syrah - Merlot

Microclimate:

280-300 meters altitude with hot summers and cold winters

Accompanying:

Red roasted meat, rich sauces, sweet or spicy, meat pies, cheese such as graviera, kefalograviera saganaki, feta, mpatzo, manouri, traditional Greek cuisine, pasta and vegetarian dishes. It is recommended its transfusion to the specific carafe.

Aging:

Aging for 12 months in French oak barrels. Then, for at least 12 months aging in a bottle.

Characteristics:

Red vineyard (Kokkino Ampeli) was the name of the area where the vineyard spans. It is an aged wine from Xinomavro, Syrah and Merlot. Bright red with purple shades, aromas of red fruit with smoke and skin, as well as the distinctive aroma of tomato give a distinct feeling. Rich mouth, full of balanced tannins, acidity and aftertaste of roasted nuts.

MOSCHATO RODITIS

Accompanying:

Seafood dishes, white meat, traditional dishes of Greek cuisine. It can also be served as aperitif.

Characteristics:

Blended with orange and lemongrass. Cool and fruity mouth with balanced acidity. Long and fruity aftertaste. White-yellow color with gray reflections. Aromas of rose and pineapple.
